Processing times may vary depending on order volume, promotions, and sales. During busy periods or special sales, orders may take a little longer to process.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. Pretty Girl-ish is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or other delivery issues once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Pretty Girl-ish is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

RETURNS

All sales are final. Pretty Girl-ish does not accept returns or exchanges.

Due to the nature of our products and our small-business production process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

I carefully create and package each order to the best of my ability, but please understand that handmade and small-batch products may have slight variations.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue so I can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
